Thiiiiiis girl. This is my best friend. My sister. She has been my most reliable friend. No matter what, she's always there for me. She's one of the only people on this earth that just  g e t s  me, I never have to explain myself to her.

We have always had a long distance friendship, from California to Oregon (Now Washington). I've known her since we were toddlers. She would come and spend summers here with me - but any other time of the year if we weren't in school we could be found talking on the phone, video-chatting on the computer, and playing Toontown or The Sims. 

It's so crazy how lucky I am to have a friend like her especially with the distance. Most people can't even say that about friends they grew up in the same town with. I am so grateful to have her in my life still and so happy her and I have had the opportunity to grow together. 

I love you Court! :)

Volkswagen Winter O.C.T.O. Meet | Long Beach, CA

I woke up super early and drove down the Long Beach with my Dad for their annual O.C.T.O. meet. I never used to think of myself as a "car person" but I think this changed my view on that. Going to this was super interesting. I love that I could see the owners' personality through their vehicle. Some were vintage; my favorite was the ambulance. It was a place where you could go and spend the entire morning, or meet up with a group of friends to walk around. Everyone was very friendly - BBQing and obviously enjoying themselves. I'm definitely planning on going again! Following this, we stopped to grab some Krispy Kreme and head to the beach - always a plus!!
